All audits are certified by a Pr Eng and conducted on a yearly basis as per Occupational Health and Safety Act of 1993 requirements.

The SIMM(Structural Inspection and Maintenance Management) model is used for all audits and consist of visually identifying issues within the facilities and then assigning an identification, picture, a Risk Rating and Timelines of each. Some basic repair methodologies are also included.  

A certified audit report is issued to the client and loaded onto the management platform, from which a maintenance plan, budget and schedule can be derived.
