We’ll connect you with one of our trusted inspection partners to assess your building. You can choose between a standard compliance check or a full maintenance inspection, depending on your requirements.

3. On-Site Assessment

Our certified partners will visit your property to carry out a detailed inspection. Their findings will be documented and forwarded to our assessment team for review.

4. Review and Certification

Once the inspection notes have been assessed, we’ll compile a detailed report and issue your Certified Annual Audit, confirming your building’s compliance and maintenance status.

5. Value-Added Insurance Review

As an added benefit, we also provide a comprehensive insurance inspection. This includes reviewing your asset insurance values to ensure they accurately reflect current market conditions — helping you avoid being under- or over-insured.

6. Maintain

Our certified partners will visit your property to carry out a detailed inspection. Their findings will be documented and forwarded to our assessment team for review.
